MARKETING AND CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER
Part Time Hours: Negotiable and flexible.

The Role: To support the marketing activity of a busy and growing Integrated Marketing and Design Agency.
Standout seeks to build on the success of the last few years and continue to seek out those potential clients that we feel we can provide effective an improved marketing services to.

Your job would be to identify potential clients within existing and new sectors, ensuring we then execute a clear and structured approach that engages the client and helps to facilitate a next stage meeting. You would be responsible for the outgoing communication from Standout, to include, mail shots, printed newsletter, online news, social networking, follow up marketing and the management of Standout PR via our external PR provider.

Additionally, a key, integral and important part of your role will be to help ensure the satisfaction of our existing client base, ensuring that we regularly gain candid and honest feedback that flows back in to our business in a structured manner with clear outputs and objectives that will help us improve our service, maintain our client good will and help to retain those clients on a long term basis. On a practical level this would involve regular telephone contact and an annual full scale client review.

ACCOUNT MANAGER
To help deliver effective online and offline marketing tools and strategy to key brands and businesses across fashion, retail and/or FMCG sectors.

WEB DESIGNER
5 years experience
Proven portfolio in cutting edge front end web design that incorporates all the latest technologies
Strong focus on functionality, UI, Conversion and Site Dwell time.
Experience of mobile web and application design a distinct advantage.
