BRIEF
When Standout first worked with the Milsom Hotel group, they already produced a regular newsletter for their customers. The content, as ever, was excellent as they had so many newsworthy items to talk about. It was
felt that the creative and look and feel could be developed, which in turn would act as a cornerstone for development of this exciting and developing brand.

SOLUTION
Standout helped developed the newsletter in to a more engaging and easy-to-read piece of literature which has proven to help conversion to new and repeat business. As a result of the newsletter we have also developed an A5 What’s On guide which, issued alongside the A4 newsletter, provides a dedicated piece of printed communication for the various offers across the Hotel Group.

More recently Standout has pushed the creative of the newsletter with the last issue featuring a single hero image. A stunning image of a Le Talbooth Tiramisu pudding, shot by the outstanding Jason Bergdahl, has taken residence on many kitchen and coffee tables over the last 4 months.

Effectiveness
Both publicatons have proven themselves to push conversion and generate new and repeat business for the group. The more recent newsletter, featuring the single hero shot, went one stage further and overnight became a piece of literature that recipients would keep, acting as an ongoing reminder to the household and any guests, of the excellent hotels, restaurants and offers from the Milsom Hotels Group.
