A fifteen year journey.

We began in January 2000 after a short sabbatical to South America. It was time to begin our journey in graphic design and so 15 years ago we set out to create the agency.

From day one we sub-contracted our graphic design and typesetting services to one of the UK's most innovative on-pack media firms. Our work (on behalf of our client) was for Astra Zeneca, Schering Plough, Agrevo, Glaxo (not SmithKline back then), Nestlé, Sainsbury's and many more. Brand has been at the heart of what we do for many years.

In the first 18 months we had won work directly with Duchy Originals and the BBC, as well as sub-contracting our services to an Ad agency working with B&Q and Whirlpool. Working with brands has been intrinsic in everything that we've done and brand continues to be the driving force behind all we do.

One of our biggest breaks was to win the UK Triumph International account, a £4bn globally leading lingerie brand. Working directly with the forward thinking Marketing Manager and her team, as well as partnering with PR, media, point-of-sale and experiential agencies, we helped reposition the brand over a period of five years, delivering photoshoots, advertising, collateral, point-of-sale and retail display, consumer engagement, digital marketing and Triumph's first Ecommerce store. Often at breakneck speeds, often around the clock - we delivered captivating creative across the UK and enjoyed every minute of it.

During this time and following our association with MSDUK (an organisation driving diversity within procurement), we attracted PepsiCo Brand Managers and subsequently went on to work on Quaker Oats, Copella Apple Juice, Snack-a-Jacks, Sunbites, Tropicana Kids, Monster Munch and the Walkers Snacks Brand. It's great to work on brands. We often talk in the agency about the barometer for 'good' work - our view on this is that if you take the work home, show your family or tell your parents about it - it's most likely great work! And that great feeling is amplified when it's great work on a household brand.

In 2005 we approached our first Luxury Hotel, Milsom Hotels & Restaurants. The reason for contacting them was that we had been to their property a few times and quite honestly it was the best experience. We wanted to work for the organisation, help to grow the brand and in some way contribute to a fast growing and dynamic organisation. Ten years on, we are proudly working with the Milsom Hotels & Restaurants brand. They never stand still and our job is to ensure they remain ahead of the curve from a marketing, brand and digital perspective and compliant to this, we are launching the second incarnation of their group website during the summer of 2015.

Maison Talbooth is the flagship hotel within the group and founder member of Pride of Britain Hotels. We have been fortunate enough to work with the POB brand for over six years, helping them to develop their brand identity and positioning, their online and offline marketing collateral and strategy. We quickly understood what was required to successfully market hotel brands and are proud to be working with the Calcot Manor Group, Historic Sussex Hotels and most recently we have begun our journey with Wynyard Hall - a stunning property in the North East.

Today we're a 10 people agency in the heart of Leicester's fast growing creative and cultural quarter. Based in the workspaces at the excellent Phoenix Art Cinema, we have an outstanding team made of up of longer term and newly appointed recruits - most recently adding our first apprentice through our association with Leicester College. We specialise within Luxury Hotel, FMCG, Internal Communications, Retail and Manufacturing and have focussed our service offer to brand, graphic design, web design, marketing and strategy. If we advocate a marketing channel that we do not provide in-house, then we direct our clients to specialists who can provide the discipline to the same excellent service level that we strive for.
