A Strategic Partnership for Retailers

Standout have joined the Swan Retail Group as a tactical move by Swan; therefore subsequently furthering their omnichannel retail solution. Swan Retail customers are usually larger independent retailers who are based in the UK; in addition, they tend to be those who specialise in the Furniture, Fashion and Garden Centre sectors. Many of these customers have Swan Retail’s applications and EPoS solutions in place; which provide back office management, sales and operational solutions to the business.

A while ago Swan identified that eCommerce was a key area of interest for their customers; consequently, they looked to capitalise on shopper trends and ensure they were providing a complete retail solution for consumers.

Joining Swan Retail made perfect sense for Standout; who (as an agency) focus on driving footfall, sales, web traffic and conversions to their own customer base. Therefore, Standout have a wide knowledge of retail and in-depth experience in driving conversions at point of sale; be that in-store or online.

However, Standout have gained a broad understanding of consumer behaviours which they’ve been able to apply across many sectors. This is primarily due to working with companies including PepsiCo; who typically sell through the larger multiples including Tesco, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s; Triumph International, Gossard and Sloggi have also been brands that Standout have represented. In addition, they launched the first-ever Triumph branded eCommerce store for the £5bn German-owned lingerie company almost 10 years ago.

Initially the focus will be for Standout to deliver leading-edge eCommerce and Digital Marketing solutions for Swan Retail customers. This will be enabled by the interfaces that are already developed by the agency; which allows WordPress and Woo Commerce to seamlessly integrate with Swan’s applications and solutions.

Standout are an integrated agency with a branding and offline department able to provide brand strategy; point of sale design; literature; brochures; direct mail and advertising. This means that Swan Retail are able to provide a truly omnichannel retail solution to their customers; including multi-channeled marketing campaigns.
