The team have been looking to reach a new target audience and expand their client base with landlords with bigger budget houses in these sought-after locations, this rebranding reflects the company in a more sophisticated and superior way, establishing their position and reputation as one of the first choice letting and property management agencies in Leicester.
Livingstone needed a branding that reflected the company’s expertise and knowledge and represented them in a way that showed their outstanding record as one of the first choices for a lettings agency which goes above and beyond.

The creative decision in rebranding from Leicester Lettings Co. to Livingstone stemmed from the many Victorian properties they manage in the Clarendon Park, Knighton and Stoneygate neighbourhoods which still include many of their original features including the Livingston tile flooring. This flooring pattern inspired not only the name with an added ‘e’ for Livingstone, but the pattern also inspired the branded shape that is now used across the various platforms within the business.
The new simple, stylish and significant branding of Livingstone supports the new company image and its targets as they make headway in the more upmarket and desirable areas of Leicester while also continuing to expand their ever-growing portfolio of professional, family and student properties.
The new name Livingstone not only comes from the Victorian tiles they know well, but is strong and has meaning for the company as ‘Living’ signifies the home and the life in the home, and ‘stone’ represents the building bricks of the property creating strength and stability. The two words brought together symbolises bringing the property market to life.
