The latest addition to the Milsom Hotels Group opened in 2008 to high acclaim. The business has continually developed with the investment and progression ethos (of the group) remaining true.
The 23 luxury bedroom hotel, with private and corporate dining spaces, is first class and our job has been to produce distinctive literature and marketing tools, both offline and digitally, to drive footfall, sales, traffic and conversion.
More recently our focus has been about driving footfall and event enquiry to the 300-capacity dedicated event venue at the rear of the main hotel. Our creative team has developed a ‘core look’ for each event throughout the year.
The events are nearly always music related in some way, which his a distinctive theme throughout the creative. Every event is then supported with a marketing campaign that includes table cards, point of sale, email marketing, web content and social activation.
Digital tickets are purchased online via the website, removing labour throughout the entire process.
