Internal Communications for PepsiCo
Our first project for PepsiCo’s internal communications team was to create a campaign to communicate a new travel provider. The new provider would deliver a range of efficiencies to the business but it was important that it gained traction with the senior executive teams in order for objectives to be met. Our role with PepsiCo and their internal communications has grown since that first project and we now provide services across four global territories.
The objectives are always the same – which is to captivate and motivate the internal teams to change behaviour or adopt and utilise new ways of working and new technology or simply to raise awareness around key issues such as health and safety and the environment.
