Standout’s Work with PSL
We were recommended to the team at PSL by an existing client, Pride of Britain Hotels. The two businesses are not entirely disconnected in that POB are a consortium of luxury independently owned hotels operating at the very highest standard levels of hospitality and PSL are a food procurement business providing many of the UK’s most renowned hotels including the Dorchester Collection.
We were asked to consider their entire brand positioning whilst maintaining their name which had become known and recognised within the industry. Our creative team set to work on researching the competitors and the procurement sector as a whole as well as executing BrandCamp™ – a day where our brand team are on-site for the best part of a day to get absolutely under the skin of the business and establish clearly where it is, where it wants to be, what it stands for, what its point-of-difference is and how best to communicate that point of difference to its existing and potential customers.
The results presented have had an instant impact on the business. The identity is clean, fresh and distinctive and sets them apart from their competitors. Its overall appearance is bright, light, approachable and positive, delivered by the two overlapping circles.
